We do this by teaching our clients how to delegate the authority and workload while still maintaining control of the business.
We believe that business ownership should allow the entrepreneur more freedom to pursue personal goals. We believe that owning and operating a business should not simply be a replacement for a traditional 8-5 job, or worse, replacing an 8-hour work day with a 12-hour one, but rather offer the entrepreneur to spend more time doing the things he or she enjoys, making life happier with less stress.
Our solutions create the type of life the client desires. We spend the first few days interviewing our client about the vision and dreams that led to starting the business, and performing a thorough analysis of current business operations. Once we have gathered sufficient data, we develop a plan that will ensure that our client will be able to fulfill the vision, and enable the business to support the dreams, whatever those might be.
Every client, and every business is unique. Therefore every solution is custom designed for the specific client. However, we aim to make our solutions affordable to every client, and therefore some elements of the custom designed solution may include tools that have been previously developed, such as certain budget analysis tools, position descriptions, cost tracking tools, and other fundamentally universal business process tools.
